Project Overview
Aqari CRM is a highly complex SaaS platform built for the Middle Eastern real estate market. The platform utilizes a Monorepo architecture (pnpm workspace) separating the main CRM app and Super Admin panel. It leverages Next.js App Router, Server Actions, and Supabase (PostgreSQL with RLS) to handle multi-tenant data securely.
The Challenge
Real estate agencies struggle with generic software and slow response times. The challenge was to architect a multi-tenant system where data is instantly synced via WebSockets (Supabase Realtime), calls are bridged automatically via Twilio, and UI elements adapt strictly based on the employee's role (Admin, Manager, Agent).
The Approach
I engineered a secure, scalable architecture using Next.js 16 and Supabase. Integrated Google Gemini 1.5 Flash for AI lead chatting, Twilio for VoIP conferencing, and WhatsApp Cloud API for direct messaging. Cloudflare R2 handles heavy storage like property documents and attendance selfies.
